I’m John and thank you for checking out my radio station.  I hope you enjoy the Off-The-Wall mix of music from years and years of record collecting.

I have been in the entertainment business all my life.  I tell people my first role was as the baby Moses in the DeMille classic Ten Commandments.  I ran the projector at the local movie house while in high school.  And I had a business years before that riding in the local sound truck and announcing upcoming fairs, festivals, and foolishness in my small town.

I got into radio during college and for many many more years I was a DJ and radio journalist.  And everywhere I wondered up and down the dial I squirrelled away all the give-away records I could put my hands on.

Now, you get to enjoy my humongous record collection.  A few CDs, some reel-to-reel tapes, and a thumb drive or three.

The HitSlayer slaughters the oldies, the not so old, and there is even a sprinkling of today’s hits thrown in just for gits and shiggles.  Seriously, there are over 5,000 songs in the playlist and more being added every day.

Crank it up Connie.  Blast it out Buster.  And mangle another oldie, Mary Jane.
